There are never enough Halloween events! If you're looking to do something spooky while learning a little bit about New Mexico's history and culture, then you should check out the 4th Annual Santa Fe Spirits of New Mexico  celebration at El Rancho de Las Golondrinas.

El Rancho de Las Golondrinas is a fantastic cultural site dedicated to preserving the legacy of the land and Hispano traditions. They are one of the best living history museums in the Southwest, and they put on spectacular cultural events throughout the year.

At the Spirits of New Mexico festival, you can travel back in time and experience early New Mexico. Meet the diverse assortment of ghosts of those who lived and died in the land of enchantment, each with amazing and little-known stories to tell. Enjoy this eerie (but family-friendly!) evening of storytelling by lantern and campfire light.

There will be hot cocoa, cider, posole, green chile stew, and s'mores kits available to purchase. Adults can also buy hard cider and local beer!

This event will take place on October 23, 2021, from 5-9 PM. Tickets should be purchased in advance
