Blood Sausage is unlike any other restaurants in town. With black walls and blood splattered tables, this restaurant is unusual in a spectacular, spooky way. The entire interior is an homage to 80s horror and the namesake menu item- blood sausages. Don't let the kitsch and camp deter you, however- this cool spot offers a wide variety of elevated dishes!
On the menu, you'll find three types of blood sausages made in-house. The recipes take their inspiration from traditional German, United Kingdom, and Taiwanese recipes. You can also find less exotic foods on the menu, including a hot chicken sandwich, a pork burger, chilled noodles, and smoked gouda grilled cheese.
