One iconic New Mexican town made it onto the list! Santa Fe ranked 15th on the list of 20 phenomenal domestic destinations. U.S. News wrote, "You won't need wads of cash to visit New Mexico's capital city. Sitting in the shadow of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Santa Fe's lively atmosphere can be enjoyed at any price point. Stroll through Santa Fe Plaza, admire the art galleries lining Canyon Road or marvel at Romanesque architecture at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi – all free of charge. Use your savings to buy a ticket to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, which showcases more than 3,000 works from the late artist and offers free admission for visitors younger than 18."

Santa Fe is an incredible place to visit- even if you're on a tight budget! You can go for a hike, visit bars, peruse art, and tour museums without breaking the bank. It is easy to have fun without feeling like you're skimping.
